Hi, I’m James Gilmore.

After years of leading people through organizational change, I noticed the same pattern again and again. Most initiatives weren’t failing because the strategy was wrong. That realization became the foundation of the CIRCLE Method—a practical, human-centered framework designed to help organizations improve adoption by first improving understanding.
